We’ve posted another update for FireJournal™ today. Again, thanks to our beta team for providing some quality feedback. There’s no better method of building the right solution than practical use in the field.
Updates include:
- Printing and email sharing have been added to the Journal area. You may now print or email directly from any journal entry.
- Printing and email support for NFIRS forms
- Small bug fixes
We encourage all of our customers to share their thoughts and opinions via our online officer’s survey or via customer support. Our support system will help you share any issues or suggestions and at the same time, track our performance. We’re eager to ensure we follow up promptly.
